My thought for today is: Why do we pups have to go outside to do our business when the hoomans get to poop and pee in a nice comfy warm house?
So I know that mom and everyone else in da house pee's and poops in da house. So why can't we? You see if we could just go in the house it would really give us more time to sniff the new p-mails and avoid the spam. We could chase rats, tree and other. Lizards and wabbits would be in trouble and my hedgee buddies would be in some deep do-do! And if we would do ours business in da house the floor would be WAY cleaner than ours is. I mean come on my mom cleans the floor with waters only once or twice a week! And by that time it needs it!! So why oh why do we dogs do this.....I know moms and dads don't approve but hey.....whats a pup supposed to think. Pocket has the right idea. Pee/poop in the house sniff all the p-mails that Foley misses cause she's peeing outside.
Now for the second agenda of the day.....my fight with the other dog. Mom, Dad and I were out for our afternoon walk and I RAN mom to my spot sniffing all the hedgee and rat trails. (tree and other) I was on to my wabbit cage when it happened! Another dog!!! Normally mom and dad would just distract me and drag me the other way......But not this time!! This IDIOT lady (and mom doesn't really use that word lightly) ask mom if I was a boy. When mom replyed, "yes he is" She let him off his lead and told mom to do the same! Well mom ofcourse said, "No because I have only had him three weeks and I don't know what he will do off lead." IDIOT replyed with, "AWE he'll come back, or isn't that your dog." To which my mom replyed again, "He is MY dog but I just haven't had him that long and you should keep your dog on his lead." Well it was OK until this little FAT f*c* tryed to show me who was ALPHA....Well that didn't sit well with me cause I am the ALPHA dog at my house and no one trys to dominate ME! So I turned and snipped he ran to get a better vantage point and mom pulled me back but here he came again not listening to his master to go "OFF" She was chasing him with his lead and then dad did the only thing he knew to do which is scoop me up by my harness and hold me in the air! Well from this vantage point I was now ready to fight with daddy under me nothing could fail!! The woman blamed mom for not letting me off my lead and was probably right but I haven't been fixed yet and there are lots of females in "love" around here and even if the street wasn't that close there are train tracks right behind us and the trains go REALLY fast. Mom checked me over on dad's shoulder and didn't see any blood, but if she had that other dog would have been scooping his owner off the pavement mom says.
Now to the last part of this blog.....FOOD As most of you knows mom had a beautiful pack of pup that would take anything (cept poop) from a plate. That's not me.....I will not even take anything from a plate.....unless it's an unguarded steak and then I knock it to the floor and it's fare game, if I do say so myself. The pack would woof anything down and not even taste it until they burped and then they thought it was good. I am a "geniesser" or a connoisseur of food.....If it doesn't meet my standards I will not eat it! Well mom and dad have been frantically searching for food that spikes my interest. Well today thems got moneys and went to the store. Dad had bought himself some pizza brötchen....or pizza bread rolls and since I came they have been on the Rock diet. But it hasn't really been working out for them cause I have to sniff and then taste and then IF it meets my standards I will eat it. Well dad couldn't finish his pizza brötchen and handed it off to me to see if I would eat it....I played with it....smelled it.....even took a little taste to see if I liked it.....I must have cause I ate it ever so carefylly. And enjoyed every little bit of it.....even the crumbs. So now they know....if they ever buy them pizza things again and can't finish them I will eat that. I must say it was YUMMY!!
Well that's all for this installment, this pup has to rest up for our walk laters.
Love and kisses The Rock
Potty training a dog is very important. This will save you from so much work and time. A dog who is trained to potty reflects a good owner.
